
Yian Nee cooked me the most delicious pork ribs last night. She named it "Baobei ribs" - Baobei meaning "precious". It tasted good as she added a generous amount of LOVE, marinated with wine, chilli sauce, vinegar and garnished with oriental spices. Lovely! You would have thought she ta pau it from Tai Tong, but I saw her dishing it out of the wok... much to my amazement.
Ask her to cook you her mouth-watering Baobei Ribs, the next time you see her :) Bon Apetit!
